This Alice Mini Top Hat is made of plush ocean blue suede and soft smooth leather inside and out. A velvety suede powder blue lining playfully shows under the brim and includes an adorable suede leather bow & collar set. Our suede collar beautifully matches the hat and adjusts to fit with ties around the back. This hat is adorned with a hand-made brass buckle and an accenting feather hat pin with cut plumes, peacock feathers and blue feather spears.
This mini top hat is petite and is meant to comfortably sit atop the head without need for pins or clumsy combs.
